Free UK shipping is available on orders over £60. If your order is under £60 please see the shipping prices below:

Royal Mail 2nd Class - £2.90

Royal Mail 1st Class - £3.50

Royal Mail 48hr Tracked - £4.50

Please allow up 2 working days to process and ship an order. Once an order is processed and shipped, it can take 2-5 working days to be delivered depending on your location in the UK.

You can find your tracking number by checking your emails for order notifications from the website, or by logging into your account and viewing your order for the latest tracking information.

At this time we do not offer Next Day shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, we ask that you place your order 7 business days before that time. We will be looking at adding Next Day shipping to our store as the brand develops.

If you find your order has not been delivered in this time window, please email us at info@aceface.com with your order number so we could further assist you.

Delivery Charges

Some nations will impose import duty on your purchases, please contact your local customs office for details. The cost of this will need to be paid by yourself and Aceface can not be liable for any additional costs. If the duty is not paid and the order returned to us then your original shipping fee will not be refundable.

 

What to do if your package is marked delivered but missing:

At this time, we ask you to contact Hermes, DPD or Royal Mail with your tracking number for more information. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
